Welcome to pledgeworld.com, a site being developed to bring people together to share their passion, to discuss races and achievements, share health tips and improve their lifestyle.

We believe the more you contribute, the more you’ll get out of it. It's a social network but without the pop up ads. As well as forums, blogs, picture upload and RSS feeds you can also invite your friends, team mates, class mates and even contacts from other networks ensuring all your friends are in one place.

The focus is on anything related to Sports, Health and Lifestyle and we believe there is significant overlap. If you're looking to lose weight then maybe targeting to run a half marathon will provide you with the motivation. If you’re looking to get a little fitter, then perhaps a simple adjustment to your current lifestyle will do the trick. For the more serious, if you’re looking to achieve your first Ironman, they’ll be other people on the site who can help you get there.
